[ADXA] 3C3CA Equatorial Guinea on 12M FT8

Nice card Lanny!!  I have been hunting for 3C3CA but have not seen them
spotted on the cluster.  I have an alarm set for them. They are listed as a
non-funded DXpedition as 3C3W but I also see on DXWorld that they were
issued 3C3CA.  Anyway... hunting for them!
