[ADXA] PSK Reporter down

[Rory Bowers]

I am getting pounced on by EU stations on 10M this morning dog piling me.
It looks like all these guys are running low power though.  I am
noy hearing them as well as they are hearing me.  Still getting several
good band new ones though.  Should prop up my 10M numbers a little.
