I learn so much from you old guys with years of experience. I was tickled
that I finally knew something helpful.
Technically in AM/FM that knob becomes the Squelch knob. I usually forget
to turn it back clockwise when I go back to SSB & I wonder why I can't hear
anyone.
My Force 12 C-3 has an extra director the manual says is intended for the
29MHZ portion of ten meters.
Speaking of teaching me stuff. I would like to learn everything there is to
know about antennas.
------
I worked TY0RU on 14.180 at 19:35,,,, After more tries than I care to
admit. ,,,, Anyway, I'm glad to see those guys up and running.
