[ADXA] New Member Standings for Ken, K5ALQ

Ken, K5ALQ, has provided updated DXCC Standing info.  He has been plugging
away and has added new band multipliers across the bands.  He also made a
healthy increase in his Desoto Challenge total as well.  Ken should get
extra credit for his gains because he was a one armed operator for several
months after breaking his arm, surgery on his arm and rehabbing.  He's back
in the swing now and looking forward to snagging more new ones.
