[ADXA] American Samoa on 15 and 17m FT8

Worked K8H on 21.080 at 1956z. Fairly easy.
Just worked him on 18.095 but had to wait on signal. Stronger VP5/VE station
working above on his time slot not helping. But a two-fer if you need them.
