[ADXA] Bureau Cards arriving today

The USPS Informed Delivery email says I have a W5 Bureau envelope in my PO
Box this morning along with some junk mail, of course.  When I go to town
later, I'll be sure to stop by.  Looks like Christmas is coming a month
early.

I used to get Bureau Cards about every 2-3 months, but the past year or so,
they've really dropped down.  I guess LoTW has taken over, both good and
sad.  However, I do miss all the beautiful cards that I've received.  I'm
sitting at over 950 on file now.  When will I reach the 1000 mark?
