[ADXA] Tongo on 80M most likely F/H

Thanks Lanny. No I worked A3 a long time ago on both 80 and 160 so I 
don't need it for a new one. But as I've said I can't stay out of a 
pileup so I have already worked this group on 80 and 160, both on CW and 
FT8.
