[ADXA] Glitch?

<W5AAJ> JA4GXS/2 RR73. He was a -24.
 
 
 
Monitoring 7.074, I got a -24 RR73 report from a JA on WSJT-X. Have not made
a call. PSK reporter turned off. I had put another JA station in the RX
Frequency window.
 
Glitch? If not, How did he find me?
