[ADXA] 5V7RU 160 meter FT8

5V7RU is on 1836 KHz, FT Ocho mode. Running about -15 (the BS #) here. 
Lots calling. I worked him a few minutes ago. Low band conditions to 
Africa have been peaking around 0145z the past two nights so listen up, 
that is unless this darn line of tornados moving across Arkansas is 
right on top of you.
