[ADXA] Monaco on 40M FT8

Hope you got him, Lanny. Glad you got him, Jay. Strongest he ever got here
was -9 and there were some close, strong US stations set up on his frequency
blocking him out most of the time :-(. One guy in Springfield, MO was on the
off beat TXing, and those answering his CQ were +15 right on top of 3A. The
MO station knew 3A was there. He would call him from time to time. Why do
folks do that?

Still have another week though.
