Yes, one time $99 and then $29/year or you can skip a few years and just
pay $59 for a total upgrade if you feel you need an enhancement (new radio
support) or two down the road.
N3FJP one time is $59.99 for suite of all programs.

Like I said, I have both and keep HRD on service contract status.
