[ADXA] Logging Program Recommendations

Forgot to add that HRD runs most digital modes out of the box, but not
WXJTx FT/JT.  N3FJP uses a free digital engine to run RTTY.  Both programs
interface to WSJTx and JTAlert (your choice) seamlessly.
