[ADXA] Azerbaijan on 20M FT8

Wow Lanny your timing is perfect with 4J3DJ!  I just sent Alex an email asking the best way to get him some postage funds.  I have worked him on 3 bands and got his Dad 4J3DJ, sadly now SK, back in 1998 on SSB.  I got that one confirmed, but would like to get some of the newer band/modes confirmed.  Need that one on CW as well.  

 

It shows him on LOTW, but on QRZ.com shows he is not.  😊  However LOTW reports his last upload was on 2022-05-03 00:28:13Z

 

I am sort of hoping there is a way to do like a PayPal OQRS? 

 

I will let you folks know what he has to say in the matter.
