[ADXA] VU4W

I got a signal report but never got a RR73 or 73.  Logged it but don't know
if it will show up in his log yet.  Now one of the local idiots is
transmitting in the same time slot he is.  I told him on the local repeater
that it won't work but he said "I understand that".  Can't fix stupid.
