Thank you for the nice story about Jack and your tribute to his ham radio earlier history. A good memory for you I am sure and shows how close we are to some hams who perhaps are very inactive for a few years. Thanks again for the comment. I am sure he is seeing and speaking to God.

Subject: [ADXA] Jack Hampton, N5KG - SK

I am saddened to report former ADXA member Jack Hampton, N5KG, passed away Saturday morning. Jack turned 90 years old in February and had not been active the past few years due to declining health that had a significant impact on his speech and eyesight.I would visit with Jack & Frances (KC5SKW) every Sunday morning at Church. Even though his health and speech complicated his radio activity he always wanted to talk about amateur radio each week.
Jack's DXCC standings are still posted on our website.
