[ADXA] New Member Standing for Don, K5DB

Don, K5DB, AKA "Mr. Arkansas QSO Party", has provided new DXCC standings
information.  He has been working ALL the DX..almost to the point of being
greedy.  He has added new Entities  (up to 286 now) and 141 new band/mode
counters.  Don has also qualified for the Desoto Challenge award with a 1015
total.   He laments being off the air for 25 years..missed a lot of DX
during that time.  At the rate he's going he may catch and pass some you
flappers who have been lollygagin' for the last 25 years!
