[ADXA] Anyone have a problem with getting an FY5KE QSL via FY1FL in Fr. Guiana ???

I have 80, 20, 15, and 10 confirmed via LOTW from FY5KE, as long ago as
2009 and as recently as the March ARRL phone contest.

I have been unable to get 40m from FY5BH however, have sent a couple of
cards and get no email response.  Looking at the various boards, others
have the same experience.
