I am sure he was in SA, or FL, just too strong. At first my beam was in the by directional mode. I didn’t think to turn it, but after no answer to anyone, K5DB Don and I started turning around. I didn’t think to copy his grid, tail tail signs of a Drunk idiot!

That was strange Jay, I heard him one time call CQ with EL82 for a grid which would be South America. His call in the database says he is in LM22 in Iraq. I still see a lot of stations calling him but may be pointed in the wrong direction?

Now gone, one spotter said must have been a “Slim” as he as just too strong. He was not that strong here, but good signal whomever he was. Legit callsign. Sent him an email with SWL report. So we will see if he was the real deal or not. 73 de jay/w5jay..

YI3WHR calling CQ 24.915 FT8 signal as high as -05 and I can’t work him. Long Path for me around 214. Weak on short path. Maybe your luck will be better than mine? He has been calling CQ for a while now and I never see him work anyone!

Well before I could get this out, now he says Going QRT, but is still calling CQ. So far no one has worked him. He is still calling CQ now for several minutes!
