Last night at the local club meeting in Searcy Roger, N5QS, mentioned 
some way he did his in LoTW however I do not remember exactly what he 
said he did.

Maybe he'll chime in.

If you can just write down a list from what you have, that will be OK. 
I'm not expecting anyone to "cheat".
