[ADXA] Saturday Meeting - Weather

The storm due in here tonight may hamper travel on I-40 for us.  NWS has
predicted 1 - 3" of snow accumulation down to and including I-40 tonight
through tomorrow.  Knowing ADOT they may not get it cleared until sometime
Saturday.  I am going to play it by ear this time.
