[ADXA] CP4BT on 28.019 now

Not rare, but if you are tiring of FT8, this is a nice SLOW CW station.
About 16 wpm and building in signal.  I have worked Bolivia on nearly every
band, SSB and digital FT plus RTTY, but this is my first CW contact with
them.  Nice and easy!

He seems to be a very nice guy!
