Welcome to new ADXA member Charles Shingleur, K5CS, in Russellville. His 
sponsor is John Evans, WB5BHS, who has known him since the 80's. I have 
known Charles for several years as well.

Charles is an ARRL Life Member and DXCC recipient. He is an avid RTTY 
DXCC'er! He plans to attend our meeting Saturday and has been added to 
the ADXA email reflector.
