Fortunately I do not need D2 on any band, but for DXers who do not do digital FT8/FT4 etc, at +15 anyone needing on SSB or CW could have worked him IF he had taken time and gone to those modes to help some DXers.

Finally worked D2UY Angola on 21.074. He was +15 at 2038z.
