[ADXA] Russellville Hamfest Cancelled - ADXA Will Meet

If you have not already seen the news, the Russellville Hamfest 
scheduled for March has been cancelled. This was a very difficult 
decision for the group however due to a number of Covid related 
complications it was the only option they were left with.

We have been waiting for this decision to decide on our 1st Quarter 2022 
meeting venue. We will now review options and let you know very soon 
what the exact March date and location of our meeting will be.
