[ADXA] XV1X Temporatily QRT on FT8

The Daily DX is reporting that XV1X, Eddie's computer has died on him so 
he is temporarily QRT on FT8 until he gets a replacement up and running.

I know some of you are still in the hunt for Eddie on 40 meters and a 
couple of other bands so wanted to pass this on if you haven't already 
seen it.

Keep an eye (ear?) out for him on CW. He is a very good CW op.
