[ADXA] TU5PCT tough on 17 CW

I listened to him mainly work Europeans while I worked on taxes but heard a
US station sneak through occasionally, including K5YY.  I started calling
him and finally got through when he came up to S4 or so.  He's a little
stronger now but still running mainly EU.  He'll probably be loud in a few
minutes and this is a good operator.  That makes CW, SSB, and digital on
17M.

I tried but missed him on 80 FT8 last night - would like to at least  get
him there and on 12M and fill in a few other bands on CW.
