[ADXA] Updated Member Standings for Scott, W5AAJ

Scott, W5AAJ, has provided updated DXCC Standing information.  He has pushed
through the Mixed 200 mark at 202.  Scott has also added a number of new
ones on the higher bands to raise his Desoto Challenge total to 700.    He
is spending more time on Phone and CW as well.  2021 was a good DXCC year
for Scott!
