[ADXA] FT8WW Crozet

I believe those folks calling on his sequence (2nd) switched to F/H 
which automatically puts their transmit on the 2nd sequence!!!!

I'm still copying him here. He came back to me at 2346z but I never got 
RR73. He just finally came back to me now, at 0029z, and I got RR73 this 
time. I still have him in here at -13.
