[ADXA] Couple of upcoming semi-rare ones to chase but may not be too active

XW4KV Laos and VK9 Willis Island might be two DXCC entities that you should chase, especially on the low bands. Doubt the XW4 will get on the lowest bands 160 or 80m.
   XW4 will be on VHF until mid December then will be on 10m-40m.  I need this on 160-40m but luckily have on RTTY. Tough to work Laos when they get on. Think it will be hard to figure when and where he is after mid December. DX Summit monitor please!
   VK9 Willis I need on 160m only, but I have no antenna, so not able to add this for an ATNO band… Think most newer chasers need this on 160-30m. Anyway listen for any VK9 or VK0 non-VK mainland entities. Always a chance for a new band-mode there.
