[ADXA] Info from W5ZN Noise Presentation

Very good info, Joel, and I enjoyed all the presentations and the
fellowship.  It was good to get together again.  For those who have unknown
ferrite toroids (such as those available at the Wye Mountain sale), here is
a method to determine what type they are.  I used this to decide that the
ones I got were 240-31's.  It's simple, just wind several turns and measure
R and X.  Look at the chart and see where R and X are equal.  In my case, R
and X were equal at about 3.6 Mhz, so I believe mine are type 31's.  Owen
Duffy is a trustworthy source, like Jim Brown and Tom Rauch.
