[ADXA] Annual Meeting Update

ADXA Folks,

Things are shaping up nicely for our annual meeting Saturday. Since this 
is our first annual meeting since Covid we didn't plan a big conference 
as we have had in the past however I must say I am quite excited how 
things are coming together.

Thanks to ARRL Delta Division Director and ADXA BIG GUN K5UZ we have 
added an ARRL Handbook (6 volume set), ARRL's Grounding & Bonding, and 
"Get on the Air with HF Digital" as door prizes. We have a fabulous

The meeting room at the LaQuinta Inn & Suites will be open at 10 AM for 
visiting, telling big ones about how you worked all the recent 
DXpeditions on FIRST CALL, barefoot with a mattress spring antenna, and 
other important things you would like to tell that some might even 
actually believe!!  :-))

We will start our program at 11:00, break for our pizza lunch at 12:00 
in the meeting room, then fire back up around 1:00 PM. We'll work in a 
business meeting.....maybe have that at 11:00 to get it out of the way 
and should finish around 4:00 PM then the meeting room will become a 
hospitality suite for a few (several?) hours......no need to rush off!!

I'll have a specific agenda for the program later today or tomorrow.
