[ADXA] A Lady named Kay

Hey Jay,
I just noticed my second DXCC & WAStates certs. are signed by K5UR. I never
noticed until you mentioned it.
I'm not sure why they sent me a second DXCC cert. 6 years after the first
one. The newer one says "Phone". That & the serial number & signed by Rick
is the only difference I see.
Now they just send me those little stickers that look like a postage stamp.
