[ADXA] Ivory Coast DXpedition

I have laughed at this one from a couple of years ago.
Notice my contact with TU5PCT that was NOT confirmed via LOTW.
It was half an hour before the end of the day & end of the Month, on Feb.
29th (Leap Year).
What could possibly go wrong?
