Rory hi,
I hope everything is going well for you!
I don’t know about your VUCC cards and hope it is just a delay on their part? So far I have not submitted any VUCC cards. However when it comes to VUCC LoTW applications it is much different than say DXCC LOTW application. Once you pay or pull the trigger in DXCC awards the QSL confirmations will move from the New LoTW QSLs column over to LoTW QSL in Process column. Then a day or two you will see the completed LoTW in Process moved over to the LoTW Total column. Done then you try and find more new DX, hi.
In my VUCC account they are very slow. Made a couple of VUCC applications this summer and they always do the same thing. They never process over to the LoTW QSLs in Process column. If they do I don’t see it happening. It just shows up with a text message saying complete. Then eventually everything is moved over to the Total column. That could take a few days more?
I just made a DXCC and VUCC application on August 12, 2022. The DXCC LOTW account was verified in the Totals column the same day! In today’s mail I received new stickers and my DXCC summary. Wow that was fast and on a Friday! Not sure what has changed, maybe some are still working from home? Anyway the DXCC award application process is simply amazing.
So your post made me want to check the VUCC side of the house status today and they are still working on it. They do show the application has started in application history, but so far the New QSLs are still in the first column, not moved over to the Process Column. I will try to check on this once a day and let you know when it is completed.
I wonder if these LoTW VUCC applications are done by hand and it just takes more time to for them to show up? LoTW DXCC is so fast these days by comparison! Plus they show both card and LOTW details which is very nice. Even though the card detail is minimal compared the LOTW detail confirmations it is still very handy to have!
Again this doesn’t have anything to do with your cards, but could be it takes a while for them to show up? I hope that is the case. The last VUCC application took two a few weeks to fully show up over in the Total’s column, but I had long got the updated VUCC summary sheet via USPS snail mail! That and the certificate took about a week to come in by USPS.
Maybe this time of year they could be behind from E season, FFMA, etc and only have one person working on VUCC? I am just speculating as I can see the work load not being much or less the rest of the year.

Subject: [ADXA] VUCC and LOTW issue discovered
Hello all of my ADXA friends, I am currently living here in Little Rock at UAMS. So I have found a dozen or so things to do to stay occupied and I have found one to be most perplexing. This may affect some of you that spend a lot of time on 6M and up.
I recently sent in a batch of QSL cards to VUCC to be checked and added to my account. That was fine and the grids worked now show up in my VUCC account. The downfall is that they do NOT show up as "confirmed" in LOTW. This has created a situation where in GridTracker can't find the confirmed QSO and still shows the grid as "unconfirmed". Why doesn't a VUCC confirmed QSO appear as confirmed in LOTW?? This seems so wrong!
73,
Rory, K5CKS
