[ADXA] Absent Card Checker

I will be taking a leave of absence from my duties as an ARRL Card Checker
effective Aug 11th when I will be admitted to UAMS for a bone marrow
transplant.  I look forward to checking in from my hospital room from time
to time but will not be seeing anyone until late November.
