[ADXA] New Member Proposal and Sponsor

It is with great honor that I would like to introduce and sponsor Bob
Cooney, K1TU of Wickes, Arkansas for membership in ADXA.  Bob has contacted
me for QSL card checking when he will add 100 plus QSLs to his DXCC.  Bob
has indicated a desire to become an active ADXA member.
