[ADXA] 9N7WE 21.092 F/H

Last night Janusz (SP9FIH) was QRV as 9N7WE on 21.092 with a strong signal
but working mostly JA. This morning he is being worked by EU but no copy
here yet from Nepal. 

Looks like he is on 407 Hz.
