[ADXA] EP2ABS Antenna Tuner needed

You may recall that I have been in contact with Abbas Sohrabi, EP2ABS.  He
has a very modest station but manages to get on the air with a decent
signal regularly.  He works a lot of CW and is a fine Op.  Abbas badly
needs an antenna tuner and would be happy with used equipment that is in
good condition.  He told me today that he can't buy one.  If I had a spare
I would send it to him.  Any ideas?
