[ADXA] EP2ABS Abbas

I recently had the pleasure to work Abbas, EP2ABS on 15M CW.  He was a much
needed ATNO and has confirmed our QSO by email and will be confirming on
LOTW.  He is pleading for help, it seems he has a very basic station and is
in need of an Antenna Tuner.  If anyone else is interested in helping a
