[ADXA] TL Central Africa

[Scott Branyan]

Kenneth (LA7GIA) began operations today from the Central African Republic. I
picked up on 14.090 F/H just a while ago. Currently, he seems to be taking a
break or has switched to a new band or mode. He is supposed a good CW
operator.
