[ADXA] CQWW DX Contest - Phone This Weekend

This weekend is the CQWW DX Contest - Phone, the largest DX phone 
contest in the world. It begins at 0000z Saturday (that is 7 PM Friday 
night local) and ends at 2359z Sunday (6:59 PM local Sunday). If you're 
looking to pick up a new one on the HF bands, excluding 30, 17 and 12 
meters, here's your chance! There will be a ton of DX stations on the 
air. Obviously, you do NOT have to be a contest participant to jump in 
and grab a new one or just make some Q's to check out that new antenna, 
rig or shack arrangement you worked on all summer (you DID have a summer 
radio project, didn't you?).

The contest exchange is a signal report and your CQ Zone. In Arkansas we 
are located in CQ Zone 4, so the exchange you would send is 59 4 (Five 
nine zero four). Contest participants (even US stations) welcome and 
really want you to contact them. If you do want to jump in and

The majority of DX contest stations upload their log to LoTW so 
obtaining confirmation should be easy.
