[ADXA] 3B9 and Italia

Rodrigues Is (3B9FR) has been showing up on 10m FT8 early in the morning the
past couple of days. His signal was looking like it was going to increase to
be workable, but then he disappeared. In his place, I picked up five Italy
stations, one I needed for a new band counter, hi.
