[ADXA] Piratized?

I worked "5V7ST" (Togo) last July (FT4 20m). I was going through my log to
see if I had any QSOs I needed confirms for, and when I checked QRZ , it is
listed as "no active."  DX news has the last listing from 2017. 
 
Have I been piratized? LOL
