I suspected as much yesterday when the signal got above +00 on FT8 a few
times.  But my antenna indicated his signal was coming from the proper
general direction, however that still left a lot of real estate that he
could have been located in.  I really thought his station was a bit too
much for such a remote and 3rd world country when I checked the QRZ page.
BTW, I was not successful working him anyway.
