[ADXA] ADXA Meeting November 13 at Brown's Catfish in Russellville

The Arkansas DX Association will hold its annual meeting on Saturday, 
November 13, in Russellville at Brown's Catfish Buffet beginning at 
11:00 AM. We have a room reserved until 2:00 PM. Brown's is located at 
1804 E. Main St.

The Brown's buffet is $13 (including tax) and drinks are extra, around 
$2.00. Water, of course, is at no cost. There is no discount for 
seniors.  Brown's buffet has just about everything based on the day and 
food availability nowadays.  Typically a couple types of chicken, pork 
and beef with different preparations.  Of course the staples of salad 
fixins and sides.  Standard fare includes rolls, potatoes (mashed and 
baked), gravy, corn on the cob, fried chicken, catfish (regular and 
cajun spiced), green beans, spinach, cinnamon rolls, ice cream and other 
desserts.  And a bunch of other items you would expect to find.  All 
Coke products, coffee and tea (extra).

I want to personally thank George, WB5JJJ, and John, WB5BHS for 
performing all of the leg work and obtaining information from a few 
places to select from. It is GREATLY appreciated. Thanks George & John!

It is always difficult to select a meeting date, time and venue that 
will be acceptable to all and without conflicts, this was no different. 
We have some who will be out as it is the first day of modern gun deer 
season, those who unable to travel due to health issues and some who are 
not yet comfortable assembling with a group in public and other reasons. 
I completely understand however based on the feedback from our members 
this was the most accommodating choice and begins the process of our 
getting back to a normal schedule.

13..
