[ADXA] 9K2HS on 17m CW 2021 UTC

Didn't get to play in the contest too busy chasing the silly 3A around, but
came across 9K2HS just now on something other than FT8.  How cool so work CW
and not have a pileup!  He was on 18.078 17m CW at 2021 UTC.  I did have to
put on the Sony Headphones, but that is OK!
