[ADXA] Jim Shaver, W5LCI SK

I am saddened to report that long time Big Gun DX'er Jim Shaver, W5LCI, 
became SK tonight.

Jim lived in Wynne and at one time was the longest serving 
representative in the Arkansas House of Representatives. Jim and my 
mother graduated from Wynne High School together and then both attended 
Arkansas College (now Lyon College) in Batesville. Her prompting me to 
obtain a license came from her knowledge of Jim being a radio amateur.

I can't recall if Jim was ever an ADXA member. San, Rick, Dennis or some 
others may know. I just remember his high DXCC number, his 20 meter 
Telrex beam and nice shack up stairs at his home in Wynne.
