I don't know Scott. All I can figure is, it is an anti digital mode person who is copying CW rather than using a computer decode. I can't imagine it would be posted for a digital mode since all of those modes are decoded by a computer these days.

But, then again, that is just a guess.

Pardon my ignorance. I see "Human Decoding" used in a lot of spots. have no idea what it means. Can anyone enlighten?
