[ADXA] Need Little Assistance

Answer to issues:

Signalink is set to NONE under rig if you aren’t using rig control.  That fixed transmit issue.

No receive in spite of proper CODEC settings.

Laptop off TEN seconds.  Can’t connect laptop to Internet here.  Set time manually, all working.
