Guys,
The LFA’s here in the states are gone or on hold right now due to a tubing storage! I checked with MFJ/HyGain last summer, fall, and then a few weeks back. The only ones of the LFA version that MFJ had was a few the super long jobs that I don’t want. The person there told me they had 5 Aluminum suppliers and they all could not fill MFJ’s orders.
So here we go again, Ammo, Appliances, Computers (along with Monitors and video cards) and even some models of cars of now hard to come by. Not to mention wood if you are remodeling or building a new home. Even certain ham transceivers are hard to come by and there is a month long waiting list!
I tried my very best to be ready this E season and it is not going to happen.

Thanks Bill,
That is exactly the one (4-el) that I have been looking at. Seems to be an issue with it being in stock in some sites. But the size/gain is exactly the max I can handle in that part of my land. Your 5-el LFA on a 24-foot boom is likely a "very" good performer.

If you’re looking at LFA antennas, Cushcraft has several of the G0KSC design, from 4 elements on a 12 ft boom to a monster 8 element on a 42 ft boom. I have the 5 element on a 24 ft boom, works well. It’s typical Hygain construction, and was originally marketed as a Hygain.
